• You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.

4. Prohibited Uses:

• You may not use the Services to publish:

  • Content that is illegal, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or violent.

• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• AUTHOR VICINITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

• YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
